RTS is home to one of the largest electronics design teams in the region, all master’s level engineers, with years of hands-on offshore experience. Collectively, we’ve been designing and developing subsea solutions for the offshore industry for well over a decade.

Staying up to speed doesn’t just happen in meeting rooms. Our engineers regularly head offshore to see our equipment in action, learn from the field, and turn real-world challenges into smarter solutions.

A good example is our Gen 5 MUX, designed entirely in-house in Åkrehamn and recognised worldwide as the preferred ROV multiplexing solution, with close to 250 units in operation.

RTS Nemo Subsea Navigator

The RTS Nemo Subsea Navigator is a combined subsea Inertial Navigation System (INS) and DVL solution for water depths up to 4000m.

The unit is purpose-built for ROV navigation and features state-of-the-art field proven components from renowned subsea manufacturers Exail, Nortek and RTS. Nemo has been designed for maximum reliability with such features as maintenance-free power drop-out protection, titanium housing and connectors and FOG technology. Nemo comes ready-calibrated in a robust single housing.

The remarkably compact size and low weight of the Nemo and customizable mounting brackets makes it ideal for placement on a large range of ROVs from observation-class to work-class.

RTS Gen 6 Mux

With 15 years of experience with the Gen 5 Mux, and previous generations of sensor interface products, RTS brings you the next generation survey multiplexer. The Gen 6 is a redesign of the Gen 5, from the ground, to improve reliability, performance, and service friendliness of the unit. The unit is easily operated from the topside frontpanel or remotely via the integrated web interface.

RTS Cube SDM

The RTS Cube SDM is a self-contained monitoring solution for subsea structures. It is used during the deployment and installation phase but can also be utilized for long-term monitoring to ensure structure stability and position.

In addition to monitoring heading, deflection and suction can pressure, the system can also provide the user with live video and a number of optional sensors. Based on a proven track record the RTS Cube SDM is the second generation of SDM systems and offers unparalleled performance and control during critical operations.
