RTS recently delivered attitude-monitoring solutions to Fugro Survey and EMAS AMC for installation of subsea structures on the Aasta Hansteen-project. RTS Gyro Toolbox units were used to aid the deployment of three subsea structures at water depths of 1300 meters, at a location 300 kilometers from shore. The operation is a pioneering field development and a new Norwegian depth record was set for structure deployment.
