Jupiter Torque Tool Class 5

The Jupiter Subsea Intelligent Torque Tool – Class 5 Rotary Docking integrates with subsea production systems, including custom interfaces with varying end effector sockets, and delivers torque up to 6,780Nm (5,000 lbf-ft). It features a hydraulic motor, planetary gearbox, removable end effectors, torque feedback, turns count, optional docking latches, and visual motor turn indicators. Designed for compatibility with Zetectics Jupiter systems, it also operates with other systems featuring suitable hydraulic and electrical interfaces. When paired with a Jupiter 2 Subsea Control System, it enables rotational direction sensing through internal quadrature sensors, encoded via Zetectics’ proprietary turns count electrical interface.

  • Modified client-specific interfaces available
