Jupiter Torque Tool Class 1-4
The Jupiter Subsea Intelligent Hydraulic Torque Tool (Class 1-4 Rotary Docking) interfaces seamlessly with subsea production systems, including customized interfaces where only the end effector socket varies. It delivers up to 2711Nm (2,000 lbf-ft) of torque and features a hydraulic motor, a planetary gearbox with selectable torque modes, and spring-loaded, multi-class sockets. Additionally, the tool provides torque feedback, turn counts, torque range sensing, and visual motor turn indicators for enhanced precision and control.
